These terms govern your use of parseldata.com and the Parsel Studio application, operated by Parsel Analytics, LLC ("Parsel"). By using the site or application you agree to them.
Parsel provides analytics and AI consulting services. The Parsel Studio application is an internal tool used by authorized studio operators to manage client engagements — including scheduling context, call notes, proposals, contracts, and invoices. Consulting engagements themselves are governed by the written agreement (proposal, scope of work, or contract) signed for that engagement; where those documents conflict with this page, the signed agreement controls.
Access to the application is limited to people we authorize. You agree not to misuse the site or application — including attempting to access accounts or data that aren't yours, probing or disrupting the service, or using it to violate any law.
Operators may connect third-party accounts (such as Google) to the application. That access is used only as described in our Privacy Policy and can be revoked at any time from the application's settings or from the third-party provider's security controls.
Invoices are payable per the terms stated on the invoice or the governing engagement agreement. Card payments are processed by Stripe; Parsel does not store card numbers.
The site, application, and Parsel's branding are the property of Parsel Analytics, LLC. Ownership of consulting deliverables is defined by each engagement's signed agreement.
You may not scrape, copy, or use automated tools to extract the site's or application's content, design, or code — including for republication, for building a competing service, or for training machine-learning models — without Parsel's prior written permission. Ordinary search-engine indexing and linking to our pages are welcome.
The site and application are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parsel disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or application. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
