Effective July 2, 2026 · Parsel Analytics, LLC

Parsel Data Studio ("Parsel," "we") is an analytics and AI consulting studio operated by Parsel Analytics, LLC in Austin, Texas. This policy describes what information we collect through parseldata.com and the Parsel Studio application, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Contact information you provide when you reach out or book a call — such as your name, email address, and organization.

Client engagement records we create in the course of consulting work — notes, documents, proposals, invoices, and, where you've agreed, recordings and transcripts of working calls.

Connected account data described below, when an authorized studio operator connects a third-party account (such as Google) to the Parsel Studio application.

Google user data

The Parsel Studio application can connect a Google Account to display calendar availability to the authenticated studio operator. When a Google Account is connected, we access:

Basic profile information (email address) — used to label the connection inside the application, and read-only calendar data (the list of calendars and their events) — used solely to display upcoming events and availability to the signed-in operator who connected the account.

We do not edit, create, or delete calendar events. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, do not use it to train machine-learning models, and do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure subprocessors that host the application (listed below). Calendar events are fetched on demand to render the page and are not copied into our database; OAuth tokens are stored encrypted-in-transit and at rest in our database and are used only to perform the reads described here.

Parsel's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access: you can disconnect a Google Account at any time from the application's settings, which deletes our stored tokens — or revoke Parsel's access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Either action immediately ends our ability to read the account's data.

How we use information

To deliver consulting engagements, respond to inquiries, schedule and prepare for meetings, produce work products our clients have asked for, invoice for completed work, and operate and secure the application. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers

The application runs on infrastructure subprocessors acting on our instructions: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), DocuSign (e-signature), Resend (email delivery), and AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) used to transcribe and summarize call recordings we are authorized to process. Each receives only what its function requires. Google user data is not shared with AI providers.

Retention & security

We keep engagement records for as long as needed to serve the client relationship and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete them. Access to the application is restricted to authenticated studio operators. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our hosting providers.

Your choices

You may request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@parseldata.com. If you're a client, some records may be retained where required for legal or accounting purposes.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and revise the effective date above.
